At onlymeshop, every piece is carefully checked before shipping. Due to the nature of jewellery and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.

  • Once verified, we will offer either a replacement or a store credit (as per your preference).

  • Refunds will only be issued in rare cases where a replacement is not possible.

  • Products that have been used, worn, or altered will not be eligible for return or refund.
